About the jewelry we sell

NEW and ESTATE JEWELRY

about the jewelry we sellAll of our NEW jewelry is made from precious metals such as Platinum, Gold (in varying karats of 14K and 18K and varying colors such as yellow, white and rose) and Sterling Silver. The styles can be contemporary, traditional or one of a kind custom pieces. The Gemstones and diamonds featured in our NEW jewelry are all genuine by nature and of very good to excellent quality.

What is ESTATE JEWELRY?  In short, Estate jewelry is the term used to describe jewelry that wasabout the jewelry we sell- estate previously owned. The Jewelry may have been acquired from an estate of a deceased person or jewelry that was sold by an individual. It can be antique or vintage in nature but can also be of modern or traditional styles.

The jewelry was made using precious metals such as Platinum, gold and sterling silver. However in some cases, depending on the origin of the piece, the jewelry may be made using only base metals such as copper, brass, lead and nickel as some countries were not allowed to export precious metals.  But also, could be of the owner’s personal preference.

The gemstones and diamonds can be genuine or synthetic (glass or other material), for the same reason stated above about the precious metals. The faceted cuts of the gemstones many times are  different in number and in cutting techniques compared to today’s technology in gemstone cutting.
